DELETED accounts cannot be recovered
Account recovery does not allow you to recover deleted accounts, even through our customer support. When an account is deleted, it is gone forever.
Go to the "Forgot username?" page to receive an email reminder of your username.
Click on "Forgot password?" to begin resetting your password.
Does your account need to be recovered?
If you’re having trouble logging in, it doesn’t necessarily mean you need to recover your account. Here’s a list of issues that might prevent you from logging in.
Incorrect or mistyped account information
Caps Lock is a common cause: if you accidentally activated the Shift or Caps Lock key while entering your password, the system will reject your entry as this field is case sensitive (it distinguishes between uppercase and lowercase letters).
Typos involving special characters or accents can also block access: for example, if you enter "Français" with an accent when your account was created without it ("Francais"), or if accidental spaces are added before your username or in your password, the system will not recognize your information.
Our services are experiencing disruptions
In some cases, access issues with an ADN account may be on our end. If you’ve entered the correct account information, check our latest communications on our social networks before contacting us.
Account blocked
An ADN account can be blocked by error 429 / "Too many attempts" / "Too many requests" when a certain number of login attempts are made in a short period of time. It is then recommended to wait 24 hours from the last attempt to unlock the account. Once this time has passed, you can try logging in again.
I get a "Link expired" error when I try to reset my password.
To avoid seeing this error message, you must use the link received by email within 2 hours of receiving it. After these 2 hours, the link will expire and become unusable. You will then need to resend a link to your email address.
