Why haven’t I received the email to verify my email address?
Emails may take a few minutes to arrive. If you have not received the email after 10 minutes, please check your spam or trash folder in your mailbox.
How do I change my email address?
The account email address can only be changed from the main profile. To do this, go to the Manage Account tab then Account Information. Next, click on “Change email” to receive an email with the steps to follow.

The account password can only be changed from the main profile.

How do I log out all devices linked to my account?
Logging out devices can only be done from the main profile.
To do this, go to the Manage Account tab then Account Information. Next, click the Log out all devices button to remove all existing access to your account.
Please note that logging out devices may take several hours to take effect.
